Opened in October 2015, the Jim Beam® Urban Stillhouse marks the first visitor center extension for the world’s No. 1 selling bourbon. In addition to a full retail space, the Jim Beam® Urban Stillhouse features a working distillery with a small copper pot still, bottling line and a one-of-a-kind tasting bar crafted from reclaimed wood designed to reflect barrel staves and flowing bourbon. Guests can also label, fill and customize their own bottle of an exclusive bourbon offering, Jim Beam® Urban Stillhouse Select.

At the centerpiece of the Jim Beam® Urban Stillhouse, visitors will find a sculptural American Oak tree built from barrel staves with a canopy crafted from laser-cut steel leaves and illuminated Jim Beam bottles, symbolic of the first family of bourbon.
